纳洛酮和氨茶碱联合治疗极低出生体重儿呼吸暂停

摘　　要：目的观察氨茶碱、纳洛酮联合治疗极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)呼吸暂停的临床效果。方法对2000年1月～2008年7月的156例极低出生体重儿随机分为两组,治疗组88例在应用氨茶城的基础上加用纳洛酮,对照组68例单用氨茶城。结果治疗组显效率69.32%,总有效率88.64%,对照组显效率48.53%,总有效率70.59%;P<0.01,差异均具有统计学意义。结论氨茶城和纳洛酮联合治疗极低出生体重儿呼吸哲停比单用氮茶碱效果好,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effective that aminophylline plus naloxone was used in apnea of VLBWI. Methods： From January 2000 to july 2008,156 VLBWI suffering from apnea in our hospital were divided in to two groups,the treatment group （88 cases） were given naloxone and aminophylline,the control group （68 cases） were given aminophylline alone.Results：In the treatment group,the effectual rate and total effective rate were 69.32%and 88.64%,In the contrast group,the effectual rate and total effective rate were 48.53%and 70.59%,it is a highly significant difference between the two groups in the effectual rate and total effective rate,P〈0.01.Conclusions：Aminophylline plus naloxone in treatment of apnea of VLBWI Showed better benefit compared with aminophylline alone,and it is worth recommending for use in apnea of VLBWI.
