接续产酸型活菌制剂对犊牛小肠绒毛形态的影响

摘　　要：将接续产酸型活菌制剂类益生素（ 剂量为５ ．４ ×１０８ 个活菌／ｋｇ 体重） 投喂黑白花乳用初生犊牛，１０ 日龄宰杀，取十二指肠、空肠和回肠段组织样在扫描电镜下观察绒毛形态，并以未饲用益生素发病及未发病的同品种同日龄犊牛对照。结果表明，益生素有助于初生犊牛小肠绒毛的发育，可以维持其正常形态。In this experiment, the acid producing Microbial ecological agents were orally given to the new born calves with the dosage of 5.4×10 8/kg BW. The calves were slaughtered at the age of 10 days. The sections of duodenum jejunum and ileum were sampled and observed under the Scanning electron microscope. The results of experiment groups and control showed that the probiotics had effects on maintaining and strengthening the shape structure and function of small intestinal villi. This provided the theoretical basis for the calves rearing.
