摘　　要：为解决大量存在于刮板输送机中部槽的中板位置尺寸不合格、挡板槽帮与铲板槽帮端面错位等严重影响刮板输送机质量的问题,设计了中部槽焊接组对工装。通过实际制造和使用证明,此组焊工装能大幅提高刮板输送机中部槽的组对精度和组对效率,为提高刮板输送机的可靠性和使用寿命提供了保障。A weld composed assembly in the middle trough of the scraper conveyor is designed for resolving some problems, such as the non-qualified location of the middle plate and the dislocation between baffle ledges and shovel ledges, which have serious influences on the scraper quality. Moreover, the practice proves this assembly greatly promotes process accuracy and efficiency, and ensures reliability and service life of the scraper conveyor.
