摘  要:在中国对虾育苗生产中,以红螺菌科的光合细菌作为育苗池的水质净化剂和对虾幼体的辅助饵料,显示了光合细菌所具有的特殊功效。它能有效地改善和稳定育苗池的水质,建立有益微生态环境,增强幼体的抗病力,提高幼体的变态率,促进幼体的生长发育。每立方水体的育苗量平均达到33.3万尾,比对照组提高了125%。对虾幼体的成活率达58%,比对照组提高了170%。试验组虾苗的暂养成活率达82%,比对照组增加了30%。This study on the use of PSB(Rhoto Spirillaceae) as rearing pond water cleaner prawnlarvae auxiliary food showed PSB had specific physiological function and effect, can effectively improve and stabilize the rearing pond water quality, develops useful microecological environment, enhances larvae resistance to disease, raises the metamorphosis ratio of the larvae, and promotes their growth and development. The average culture density of the prawn larva reached 33. 3× 104 larvae per cubic meter, 125% than that of the control group. The survival ratio reached 57. 6%, increased by 170% more than that of the control group. The survival ratio of the prawn larva in temporary culture reached 82%, increased by 30% more than that of the control group.
