摘　　要：胃肠道Cajal间质细胞(interstitial cells of Cajal,ICC)是胃肠道慢波的起搏器,在胃肠道运动中具有重要作用。近年来,ICC表达c-kit的发现使人们对其有了更深的认识。c-kit与其配体干细胞因子(stem cell factor,SCF)所启动的信号途径对ICC的发生、发育及表型维持至关重要。从SCF/c-kit信号途径入手将为胃肠动力紊乱的治疗提供新思路。Recent studies indicate that interstitial cells of Cajal （ ICC ） are gastroentefic pacemakers and play an important role in gastrointestinal motor activity. The most important advance in ICC study came with the recent findings of ICC expressing the gene product of c-kit. The cell signaling pathway via c-kit and its ligand stem cell factor （SCF） is essential for the occurrence, development and maintenance of ICC networks, which will provide a new idea for the intervention of gastrointestinal motor disorder.
