摘　　要：综述了4种制备TiAl基合金薄板的方法。特殊轧制法较为成熟但对工艺要求严格,箔冶金法和物理气相沉积法制备的板材杂质含量低,铸轧法工艺简单但组织欠均匀。介绍了合金元素及热处理工艺对TiAl基合金薄板组织的影响。论述了上述制备技术的发展趋势。Four kinds of manufacturing methods to prepare γ-TiAl alloy based sheet were described. The special rolling method exhibited relative mature with a narrow processing window. Low impurities can be observed in the sheet by foil metallurgy and EB-PVD methods. Microstructure shows heterogeneous in the sheet prepared by rolling-casting method. Effects of alloying elements and heat treatment on microstructure of the γ-TiAl alloy based sheet were expounded, and developing future of the methods was predicted.
