摘 要:分析了驱动端盖精密压铸件的结构特点及压铸成形工艺性,结合模具制造工艺要求,确定压铸模主分型面为阶梯分型面,并采用斜止口定位;压铸件内凹处两侧采用液压抽芯机构抽芯,为防止滑块型芯与推杆发生干涉而设置了预复位机构;浇注系统采用偏心式缝隙浇口,横浇道及内浇口设计在左右滑块上。浇注系统保证了压铸件充填及排气好,有效地提高了压铸件产品质量和产品合格率。Structure characteristics and forming process of drive end cover were analyzed. Combining with manufacturing process of mould, multi-step parting face was determined as the main parting face of the mould, and angle pin location was adopted to make mould structure compact. Hydraulic drawing-core mechanism was adopted for two-side of inner-sinking in the die casting die, and pre-resetting mechanism was set to avoid the interference of core slide with ejector pin. Eccentric slitting runner was designed in gating system, in which runner and ingate were set on left and right slide,respectively, taking the desirable filling and exhaust during die casting process, effectively improving the quality and qualified rate of the drive end cover.
