摘　　要：介绍了某钢厂198平米烧结机氨法脱硫系统的工艺流程、DCS控制系统的硬件配置、主要模拟量控制、顺序控制及烟气监测系统,分析了控制系统配置的优缺点,提出系统改造的建议和方案。The paper introduces the technical flow of desulfurization system by sintered ammonia process covering 198 square meters in a certain steel mill, hardware disposition of DCS control system, main simulation capacity control, ranking control and flue gas monitoring system; analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of control system disposition as well as puts forward suggestions and program on system reform.
