摘　　要：目的：观察肘推法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：采用完全随机抽样法将观察病例分为治疗组54例，对照组50例。治疗组用肘推法为主，对照组采用常规推拿法。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．6％，对照组为86．0％，两组间差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：肘推法治疗腰椎间盘突出症方法独特，疗效显著，安全舒适，优于常规推拿法。Objective：observes the elbow to push the law treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness clinical curative effect. Methods： will use the completely stochastic sampling method to observe the case to divide into the treatment group 54 exampies, the control group 50 examples. The treatment group pushes the law with the elbow primarily, the control group uses the conventional massage. Results：treats the group total effectiveness is 92.60%, the control group is 86.0%, two groups of differences has the significance significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the elbow pushes the law treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness method to be unique, the curative effect is remarkable, safe comfortable, surpasses the conventional massage.
