摘　　要：目的：探讨指针配合手法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法：应用手法按摩腰骶部诸穴，指针点压止疼灵穴，腰疼奇穴治疗急性腰扭伤。结果：以下病例均经治疗一周后随访，治疗有效率达100％。Objective：To evaluate the pointer with the way the clinical efficacy of treatment of acute lumbar sprain.
