推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者75例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床治疗效果。方法：75例患者被随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组给予牵引治疗，实验组在对照组基础上加用推拿治疗。结果：实验组总有效率为97．4%，痊愈率为82．1％，对照组总有效率为86．1％，痊愈率为61．1％，实验组在总有效率方面和痊愈率方面均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：推拿联合牵引等综合疗法能有效提高治疗效果，改善患者生活质量，值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective：Discusses the massage to the waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness patient＇s s clinical care effect. Methods： 75 example patients are divided into stochastically the experimental group and the control group, the control group give the hauling treatment, the experimental group add in the control group foundation with the massage treatment. Results： Experimental group total effectiveness is 97.4%, the healing rate is 82.1%, control group total effectiveness is 86.1%, the healing rate is 61. 1%, the experimental group in is always effective the aspect and the healing rate aspect obviously surpasses the control group （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The massage union hauling and so on composite treatment can enhance the treatment result effectively, improves the patient quality of life, is worth on clinical the application and the promotion.
