摘　　要：尿道损伤是泌尿系统常见损伤，男性多见，常由于骑跨伤或骨盆骨拆，少数为医源性所致，按伤情分挫伤，裂伤和完全性断裂伤。由于解剖部位的差异和致伤原因不同，临床表现不同一样，常见表现有休克、尿道出血、痛疼、排尿困难及尿潴留、血肿或瘀斑，尿外渗等。The ethral injury is the uninary system common damage, the male sees much, because often rides the cross wound or the bone pelvis opens, minority for medical source result, dampens according to the wound friendship, the lacerated wound and completeness break the lacerated wound. Because anatomic site＇s difference and wounds the reason to be different, the clinical manifestation is differently same, the common performance has the shock, the urethrorrhagia, the pain to hurt, the urination difficulty and the urine zhu keeps, the haematoma or the ecchymosis, urinates the exosmosis and so on.
