摘　　要：本文论述了军队医院战备抽组人员补缺运行三种方法比较与对策,论证了复员转业医务人员补缺、临床科模块化补缺、地级市统一抽调补缺是军队医院战备抽组后的三种主要补缺方法。提出了军队医院编制床位、科室设置、床工比例、医疗工作要适应战备抽组需求。Three methods to add workers to the military hospital, that military worker being deactivated or transferred to civilian work, modularization department, and the worker drawn from the local hospital, were com- pared while military workers drown off for combat readiness. And then the keys of the drawn off the workers were discussed as the number of bed, the design of the department, the ratio of the bed and the worker, and the combat readiness demand.
