摘　　要：目的通过学习联合国维和行动中关于艾滋病的相关政策,分析维和任务区艾滋病的发病特点,结合维和医疗工作的具体实际,制定预防措施,以增强医疗队员对艾滋病的防护能力。方法采用文献法查阅联合国维和行动有关艾滋病的相关政策资料;采用专家咨询法研究、制定维和医疗工作中对艾滋病的预防措施;采用实证研究法总结分析预防措施的实施结果。结果通过实施切实可行的艾滋病预防措施,提高了维和医疗队员的预防意识和预防能力,加强了对维和队员的保护,为维和医疗任务的顺利完成扫除一大障碍。Objective To strengthen the protection of the UN peacekeepers of the medical contingent a- gainst AIDS by effective prevention measures in accordance with the AIDS policies of the UN peacekeeping mis- sion, the characteristics of AIDS development in the area of responsibility and the specific conditions of the medical contingent. Methods The AIDS policies and related literature of the UN peacekeeping mission were reviewed by document retrieval, the AIDS prevention measures in medical work were formulated by consultation with specialists, and the results of the measures were analyzed by positivist methods. Results The practical and effective measures have enhanced the awareness and ability of AIDS prevention of the medical peacekeepers and strengthened their protection against the disease.
