摘　　要：本文根据空勤疗养人员文化需求的主要特点,阐述了疗养院开展文化疗养的优势,总结了在空勤疗养院中对飞行人员实施文化疗养的措施,介绍了本院通过强化文化疗养来提高飞行人员疗养质量、提升疗养效果的几点做法,为疗养院不断提升部队软实力和飞行人员疗养效果提供借鉴。Based on the main characteristics of convalescent culture recuperation of military pilots, the au- thor elaborated the advantages Of culture recuperation, summed up the measures of culture recuperation for the pi- lots which have improved the sanatorium quality and effect, and will provide reference for the aircrew recuperation.
