2001～2008年武鸣县疟疾监测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解现阶段武鸣县疟疾发病情况和流行特征．为控制后期疟疾防治，提供科学依据。[方法]收集2001-2008年武鸣县疟疾血检、疟疾病例个案调查资料进行分析。[结果]2001～2008年合计血检当地发热病人45194例、流动人口发热病人3096例，阳性率分别为0．007％、0．743％，检出疟疾病例26例，其中本地感染病例3例（均在2003年检出的（间日疟））、输人性病例23例（间日疟17例，恶性疟6例）。[结论]近8年武鸣县本地感染的疟疾病例很少，输入性疟疾病例数量多、分布面广。[Objective]To understand the prevalence and epidemiological characteristic of malaria in Wuming county,to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of malaria at the late-stage. [Methods]Data of blood smear examination and investigation of malaria patients in Wuming county from 2001 to 2008 were collected and analyzed. [Results]Blood examination was conducted for 45 194 local patients and 3 096 floating patients with fever from 2001 to 2008. The positive rate was 0. 007 % and 0. 743 % respectively. 26 malaria cases were detected. Of them,3 local cases were infected. （detected in 2003 ,vivax malaria） and 23 cases were imported cases（17 vivax malaria cases and 6 falciparum malaria cases）. [Conclusion]There were less malaria cases infected in the local areas and more imported cases which distributed in different places in Wuming county.
