摘 要:以负荷分散、供电半径大的油田配电网为研究对象,提出一种平面中位法和模拟退火算法相结合的变电站规划方法。分析规划区域的负荷分布,通过直观法近似地给定变电站的初始位置和变电站供电范围的初始值,应用模拟退火算法能跳出局部最优解的特点,对给定变电站位置的供电范围进行全局寻优;最后应用平面单中位方法确定对应其最优供电范围的变电站位置。将供电范围寻优和变电站位置的确定交替进行,直到变电所位置变化很小,收敛得到最优变电站规划方案。算例分析表明,该算法进行配网变电站规划,能快速度得到有实用价值的近似最优规划方案。A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is proposed to resolve the substation planning problem for oil-field distribution network,which is long for supply power radius with scattered power cosumer.The initial value of substation position is given directly by analysis of the power cosumer distribution,and all supply power cosumers are distributed approximately.Then the optimal service area is searched by simulated annealing algorithm for given substation location,which get out of partial and local optimal results.Finally,the optimal location of substation is determined by the method of single source location within its given optimal service area.The optimal substation planning is finished by alternative optimization of service area and substation location when the change of substation location is less than given value.Examples show that the substation planning is obtained rapidly by the algorithm proposed,while is effective and approximate optimal.
