摘　　要：提出分布式方案,在间隔层装置中实现程序化操作,建立以IEC61850标准为基础的远动通信体系,应用GOOSE实现间隔层装置间闭锁信息的传输。同时,采取在线微机防误、'二元法'验证等措施保证程序化操作的可靠性和正确性。系统提供图形化的管理功能和友好的人机界面,并具备图形化的操作票仿真预演和验证功能。The paper proposes the distributed scheme. The scheme implements programmed operation in cell devices, establishes the communication system with the standard of IEC61850, achieves the locking information transmission between the cell devices by the application of GOOSE. It also takes the measures, such as on-line system that keeps people from misoperating,duality criterion to ensure the final state of primary equipment after operated, to assure the reliability and correctness of programmed operation. The system provides a graphical management functionality and friendly human-machine interface, and possesses the features of a graphical simulation of the operation of ticket preview and validation.
