摘　　要：云南电网第二调度自动化系统与各地调调度自动化系统之间存在着大量的数据交换,而传统规约在传输容量、传输速率及易维护性上都不能满足要求。TASE.2协议作为一种标准、全面、高效的协议成为满足这一需求的理想选择。主要介绍了TASE.2协议在云南电网第二调度中的应用情况,阐述了如何通过TASE.2协议实现第二调度与省调及各地调的数据转发、如何辨识坏数据等关键技术,这些新技术、新思路的应用给第二调度自动化系统的运行维护带来了便利。Due to amounts of data exchange between the EMS in Yunnan Power Secondary Dispatching Center and all Power Supply Bureaus, the traditional protocols can’t meet the requirements of capacity, thansfer rate and easy maintenance. The TASE.2 protocol is an ideal choice as a standard, complete and efficient protocol, which could meet this requirement. It introduces the concrete information of data exchange in Yunnan Power Secondary Dispatching Center based on TASE.2 protocol, the achievement of data forwording, the identification of bad data. The application of these new technologies and new ideas brings out great convenience in the system maintenance.
