摘 要:提出了以产品制造过程信息的集成模型,即"制造清单(BOMII)",来替代传统物料清单(BOM)在企业计划体系的核心枢纽作用.制造清单模型的构成包括三大清单(物料清单,作业清单和资源清单)和两大关系矩阵(作业资源矩阵和作业领料矩阵),集成描述了产品制造过程的全部信息,成为企业计划体系中的基础性文件.基于所提出的制造清单模型,建立了作业能力不足和可得资源有限的双重约束情况下的企业资源计划模型,对企业四个层次的计划体系(主生产计划、物料需求计划、能力需求计划和资源需求计划)均给出了相应的算法描述.最后介绍了某耐火材料厂应用该模型的案例分析,表明该模型可很好的应用于企业实践.A model on integrating all information of product manufacturing process, called Bill of Manufacturing (BOMII), is presented, which aims at replacing the traditional core role of Bill of Material (BOM) in enterprise planning system. The BOMII consists of three kinds of bill, i.e., bill of materials, bill of jobs and bill of resources, and two kinds of relation matrices, i.e., the job-resource matrix and the job-material matrix. It has integrated all the information of manufacturing processes and therefore becomes a fundamental file in enterprise's plan system. Based on the construction of BOMII, an enterprise resource planning model with the dual constraints, i.e., limited capability and insufficient resources, is present. Algorithms on four levels planning system of enterprise, i.e., the Master Production Schedule (MPS), the Material Request Planning (MRP), Capability Request Planning (CRP) and Resource Request Planning (RRP), are all detailed in this paper. In the last, a case study is carried out which shows that this model can work well when applied to enterprise.
