摘　　要：从人力资本投资对旅游产业发展的重要作用入手,以全国平均状况为参照标准,通过对比实证分析了新疆人力资本投资对其旅游业发展的影响,最后提出改善人力资本投资的一些建议。At present, the human capital investment has already become an important factor in the regional tourism industry development in China. Starting with the analysis of the vital role of the human capital investment to the tourism industry , and taking the average national level as the benchmark, We empirically researches the influence of the human capital investment on the tourism industry development in West China, and it also proposes some related countermeasures.
