赛庚啶联合中医辩证治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:评价润肤祛风活血汤与赛庚啶联合治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的安全性及有效性。方法:采用随机双盲对照的分析方法,将入选患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组接受润肤祛风活血汤与赛庚啶联合治疗,对照组单独应用赛庚啶口服。结果:2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为97.78%,对照组总有效率为81.11%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=121.36,P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:润肤祛风活血汤联合赛庚啶治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症安全有效,较单独应用赛庚啶治疗疗效更佳。Objective：To evaluate the security and efficacy of Moisturizing qufeng decoction combined with eyproheptadine in treatment of senile pruritus Methods：The random double blind contrast was adapted, the cases were divided into 2 groups randomly：the treatment group was received Moisturizing qufeng decoction with cyproheptadine, the control group was received cyproheptadine only. Results： After two courses of treatment, the efficient of treatment group was 97.78 %, the control group was 81.11%. the χ^2 test result （χ^2= 121.36,P〈0.01 ） showed that the difference was statistically significant, the efficient of the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusions： The result of com- bined treatment is safe and valid,which is better than cyproheptadine only.
