摘 要:1989~1994年在浙江省嘉善、宁波和浦江,江苏省盐城和上海市等5地大麦黄花叶病重病田,用休眠孢子定量法评价399价大麦品种对禾谷多粘菌的抗性。结果免疫和高抗品种0份,抗64份,中抗到高感335份。大麦不同品种对禾谷多粘菌的抗性,有极显著差异,孢子数相差近14倍。抗大麦黄花叶病的品种数远多于抗禾谷多粘菌的品种数。在抗禾谷多粘菌的品种中,仅不到半数品种高抗大麦黄花叶病。经统计分析,大麦品种间抗禾谷多粘菌与抗病毒无相关性。Resistance of 399 barley germplasm resources to Polymyxa graminis was evaluated, during 1989-1994 in Jiashan, Ningbo and Pujiang of Zhejiang Province, Yancheng of Jiangsu Province and Shanghai fields which were seriously infected by barley yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV). Resting spores quantitative assay used.There was no immune HR cultivar,but R and MR to HS varieties were 64 and 335 respectively.There was significant difference in resistance to Polymyxa graminis among barley cultivars,and the difference between resting spores was 14 times.The cultivars of immunnity and high resistance to BaYMV were much more than those to Polymyxa graminis. Cultivars of R to P. graminis were mostly immune or HR to BaYMV.The statistics showed that there was no relativity between resistance to P. graminis and to the disease among barley cultivars.
