恩诺沙星钠盐可溶性粉剂对实验大肠杆菌的疗效研究

摘　　要：本文报道恩诺沙星钠盐可溶性粉剂对实验性大肠杆菌O_78的治疗效果，测得其MIC值为3．96×10-3μg/ml。药敏试验测得其抑菌圈直径为（30±2）mm，大于对照药物氟哌酸（21±1）mm。结果表明鸡源大肠杆菌O_78对恩诺沙星钠盐和氟哌酸均敏感，但恩诺沙星钠盐优于氟哌酸。人工发病试验中，恩诺沙星钠盐饮水浓度为50μg/ml，连用3天，对鸡源大肠杆菌有较好的疗效，其疗效明显优于氟哌酸。The minimal inhibitory concentration of soluble powder of enrofloxaicin sodium against Escherichia coli O78 was 3.906×10-3μg/ml by measurement of two-fold dilution method. Inhibition zone in K-B disk diffusion test was (30±2) mm for the enrofloxacin, which was significantly greater than that of norfloxacin(21±1mm). In the therapeutic trial against artificially infected E. coli, enrofloxacin, administrated in drinking water at dose of 50 μg/ml for 3 successive days, significantly reduced clinical symptoms and lowered mortality of infected-chickens. These results showed that soluble powder of enrofloxacin sodium was effective on chicken E. coli in vitro or in vivo.
