摘　　要：针对公路街道化现象和公路路政管理面临的问题,展开公路交通环境和管理规划研究。在构建公路交通环境管理规划框架的基础上,重点从定量化的角度对公路建筑控制区管理、非公路交通标志及路边构造物管理、公路交叉道口管理等方面进行了研究,提出了技术控制指标的取值,并制定了管理措施,为吴江市公路路政管理提供依据。It was pointed out that the planning of highway traffic environment and management should be carried out in view of the phenomena of street market and problems in the highway service management.This paper studied building limit of highway management,non-highway traffic sigh and roadside structure management and highway intersection management by means of quantity method.The values of control index and strategies were established.This study provides evidence for the work of highway service management.
