温室内中华鳖性腺发育的研究

摘　　要：采用性腺组织切片观察与繁殖行为观测相结合的方法，对温室养殖中华鳖的性腺发育进行研究。试验结果表明温室中养殖的中华鳖不仅生长速度加快，而且性腺发育也提早。中华鳖在温室[气温（33±0．5）℃，水温（31±0．5）℃]条件下饲养10个月时，雌鳖的印核完全移至动物极并贴近卵膜，雄鳖的精巢内已有大量的精子生成，切开输精管有大量乳白色的精液流出。雌鳖性成熟年龄为21个月，雄鳖性成熟年龄为10个月。By means of microscopic examination and observation on spawning activities, the gonadal development of Chinese turtle , Trionyx sinensis, cultured in hothouse was investigated. T sinenis cultured in hothouse not only grew faster but also reached to maturity much earlier than did wild ones. In hothouse, the indoor temperature and the temperature of pond waters were at (33. ±0. 5) ℃ and (31. 0±0. 5)℃ respectively, cultured male Chinese turtle matured at 10 months of age, and female at 21 months of age. When females were 10 month old, their nucleus of oocyte moved to the animal pole entirely and pressed close to the oolemma. Moreover, there were a lot of sperma appearing in the spermeries of 10 month old males, and there were an abundance of white speratic fiuid outflowing if their spermaduct was cut off. Each cultured adult female spawned 3. 4 times in average during onespawning season and averagely spawned 12 eggs each spawning activity, therefore, each female could spawn 41. 1 eggs in average for a year.
