体外受精妊娠合并重度卵巢过度刺激综合征二例的护理

摘　　要：对2例体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠后发生重度卵巢过度刺激综合征患者采取积极的治疗及护理措施,结果2例患者均康复出院。提示要重视心理疏导及饮食、体位的指导,严密观察病情、做好穿刺放液术的护理,以及监测胚胎发育情况,对减少流产率,预防严重并发症的发生,促进患者的康复至关重要。Two cases of pregnant patients with severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were taken active treatment and nursing measures. Results, both of the patients recovered and discharged from hospital. Conclusion, Paying great attention to psychological guidance, food, and postural, strengthening nursing care of tapping and monitoring the progression of disease development play an important role in reducing abortion rate, preventing severe complications and promoting rehabilitation of patients.
