高铝褐铁矿在济钢炼铁生产中的应用

摘　　要：为应对过高的炼铁成本,济南钢铁集团公司第一炼铁厂大量使用了低价高铝褐铁矿,为此采取了提高烧结矿w（SiO2）和w（FeO）,实施厚料层烧结和将炉渣w（MgO）/w（Al2O3）比提高到0.6等一系列技术措施,在烧结矿w（Al2O3）达到3.0%-3.1%、高炉炉渣w（Al2O3）达到19%-20%情况下,使烧结生产和高炉生产基本保持了平稳。In order to reduce ironmaking cost,low price high-aluminium limonite was used at No.1 Ironmaking Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation.The following measures were taken in sintering production： increasing w（SiO2） and w（FeO） in sinter,adopting high bed sintering,raising w（MgO）/w（Al2O3） of slag to 0.6,etc.In the condition when w（Al2O3） in sinter reached 3.0 % to 3.1% and w（Al2O3） in slag reached 19% to 20%,both sintering and blast furnace perfomance were kept stable running.
