广州市城乡结合部土地配置的问题与对策--以番禺区为例

摘　　要：结合广州番禺区的案例研究,分析了城乡结合部土地利用的状况和土地流转的方式,归纳出了当前土地配置中的问题所在。从体制、管治、操作三个层面探究了问题的根源,并提出了城乡结合部土地配置的对策。With the development of metropolitan area and the adjustment of administrative division, urban - rural linkage area has become the core space of urban development, and most of conflicts are centered on the land collation and transferring. Based on the case study of Guangzhou Panyu District, this article analyzes the land use condition and land transfer models and sums up the current contradictions and the causes of problems. It explores the causes from institution, governance and operation, and proposes countermeasures.
