摘 要:介绍FMG公司ROCKY粉的试验室试验及在武钢烧结厂的使用情况。指出烧结配用ROCKY粉对提高烧结速度和烧结矿产量是有利的,但其配比不宜过大。从ROCKY粉在武钢的使用情况看,烧结搭配使用10%(全料配比)以内的ROCKY粉,烧结机利用系数提高,烧结矿的转鼓强度以及还原度和低温还原粉化率变化不大,烧结各项操作参数稳定,而且使用ROCKY粉时,要想获得较好的烧结指标的关键是优化配矿结构。The present paper introduces the laboratory experiments of the ROCY powder produced by FMG and its application in the Sintering Plant of WISCO and points out that addition of proper amount of ROCKY powder into the sintered ore will be favorable for acceleration of the sintering speed and increase in the output of the sintered ore, but the proportion of the powder in the total ingredient should not be too large. In terms of practical application of the powder in WISCO using 10 % of ROCKY powder in the total ingredient the utilization coefficient of the sintering machine can be raised, but the drum rotation strength of the sintered ore as well as the reducing ability and the pulverization rate of the low temperature reduction powder remain unchanged and all sintering parameters are in a state of consistency. As far as the use of the powder is concerned the key point for achievement of better sintering indicators is to optimize the ingredient of the ore.
