摘  要:将改进后的新型WE涂料用于高温退火炉耐火纤维炉衬以及耐热钢内罩上,纤维和耐热钢烧损率降低;试验与热平衡测试结果表明,WE涂料在高温气氛侵蚀中使用,性能稳定,抗老化性强,耐火度提高,渣球量减少,收缩率降低,使用寿命延长;升温速度加快,满足了工艺要求,并取得了节能节材与产量提高的显著效益。The burning rate of fiber and heat resistant steel has been reduced since application of the improved new type WE coating materials to the refractory fiber lining as well as heat resistant steel hood of the high temperature annealing furnace. Experiments and thermal equilibrium test results show that used in the atmosphere of high temperature and erosion WE coating material are of high consistency in property and great ageing resistance, and its refractoriness is increased, spherical slag reduced and shrinkage rate lowered and thus the service life extended. As the temperature of the material raises very quickly the process requirements can be met basically and the results of material saving and output increase have been prominently achieved.
