摘　　要：生物蛋白胶具有止血、促进创伤愈合等作用,在临床中应用广泛。但由于其含有异体蛋白成分——牛抑肽酶,具有一定的抗原性,可导致严重的过敏性休克发生,特别是在重复使用的情况下。文中就生物蛋白胶的组成成分、引起过敏性休克的相关机制及治疗措施进行综述。Fibrin sealant is effective for hemostasis and healing of tissue wounds, and has been widely used in surgical procedures. However, the use of fibrin sealant carries a risk of severe anaphylactic reaction, especially upon re-exposure to the material. This is due to allergenic potential of bovine aprotinin, a foreign protein, contained in fibrin sealant. This article reviews the composition of fibrin sealant, and the mechanisms and treatment of anaphylactic shock.
