摘  要:学习适应是指主体根据环境及学习的需要,努力调整自我,以达到与学习环境平衡的心理与行为过程。当代大学生的学习适应主要体现在学习动机、学习能力、教学模式、学习态度和学习环境等五个维度,学习适应测评工具的研究尚处于起步阶段。从学生自身与教育管理部门两方面采取应对措施更有利于提高大学生的学习适应性,国家免费师范生的学习适应问题值得深入研究。Learning adjustment was a regulative process of mind and behavior, by which individual regulated him /herself according to learning requirements to achieve the balance between the individual and learning environment. Learning adjustment included five factors: learning motivation, learning ability, teaching model, learning attitude and learning environment, but the study of assessment tools on learning adjustment was at an early stage. The educational measures from the two aspects of the individuals and the educational managerial departments could contribute to improve the learning adjustment level of undergraduate, and the situation of learning adjustment about Free National Normal Students was worth researching in depth.
