大城市白领居住模式的人口学特征分析——以上海市静安区为例

摘　　要：白领群体的居住模式受多因素的影响,除了当前商品房价格、房地产政策及金融政策因素外,该群体的内在特征及对住房的结构性需求也是主要的影响因素。根据调查数据,在分析框架的基础上,构建了多元logistic回归模型。户籍、性别、收入、婚姻及是否独生子女是影响城市白领居住模式的主要影响因素,年龄、受教育程度、职位、职业也起到了重要作用。Dwelling patterns of urban white - collar are determined by many factors, besides current house price, policies of real estate and financial policies Andsoon, Internal characteristics of theirs and structural demand of houses are also the main influencial factors. Based on survy data, this article constructs analysing framwork and multinomial logistic model, finding household registration,sex,earning, marriage and whether the only child or not are the main influencial factors on dwelling pattern of white - collars, age, education, position, career are also important.
