摘  要:白蛾周氏啮小蜂Chouioia cunea是我国重大检疫害虫美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea蛹期的重要寄生性天敌。以亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis蛹作为繁殖寄主,通过解剖利用该寄主繁殖出的白蛾周氏啮小蜂不同发育期(0~72h)的卵巢,观察统计雌蜂个体大小、怀卵量、逐日产卵量,进行雌蜂繁殖力与发育期及个体大小之间关系的探讨。结果表明,白蛾周氏啮小蜂羽化初期(0~4h),卵巢中的卵都已形成,但都处于未成熟状态;随着雌蜂发育期的变化,其卵不断成熟,雌蜂羽化24h后成熟卵量接近其卵巢容纳量,此时即可产卵。产卵高峰集中在前2d,第1d的产卵量占整个成虫期总产卵量的51.7%,第2d的产卵量占总产卵量的34.1%;产卵可持续到第5d。怀卵量随着雌蜂个体的增大而增加,呈线性正相关。个体大小可以作为评估白蛾周氏啮小蜂生殖潜能高低的一个良好指标。After emergence of the female wasps of Chouioia cunea Yang(Hymenoptera: Eulophidae),an effective parasitoid of the invasive defoliator Hyphantria cunea(Drury),with the pupa of Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenee) as breeding host,the relationships between fecundity,developing time and body size of the female wasps were analyzed through dissecting ovaries of the females at different ages(0-72 h) to observe the body size of female wasps(using hind tibia length HTL as criterion),egg load and daily fecundity.The result showed that the eggs were formed in ovaries at the initial period of emergence(0-4 h) and no mature eggs were observed in ovaries at the early stage after emergence.However,mature eggs increased as female age increased and the amount of mature eggs almost corresponded to ovary storage capacity by 24 h of adult life.Then female wasps laid their eggs.Peak egg-laying concentrated in the first two days,accounting for 51.7% and 34.1% of their total egg production,respectively.Egg laying could last 5 days.The egg load increased with the enlargement of the female body size.There was a significant positive linear relationship between egg load and female body size of C.cunea,so was between the female body size and lifetime fecundity.Thus,the female body size could be a good indicator to assess the reproduction potentiality of the parasitoid.
