摘　　要：振动监测是旋转机械安全评估的重要指标,提出了一种基于DSP的旋转机械振动监测系统的软硬件实现方法。介绍了旋转机械振动监测系统的组成和工作原理,包括了信号采集调理、模数转换、信号处理和传输,并重点介绍了频谱分析的具体实现方法。通过调试试验,证明了具有较高的准确度。Rotating machinery vibration monitoring is an important indicator of the safety assessment,therefore this paper proposes a new software and hardware method for rotating machinery vibration system based on DSP.The composition and working principle of rotating machinery vibration system is introduced in this paper,including the acquisition of the signal,analog-digi- tal conversion,signal processing and transmission,the focus on the concrete realization of spectral analysis method.The results of debug and experiment prove the validity of the proposed strategy.
