摘 要:采用人工接种的方法,通过6个抗感差异显著的自交系,对黑龙江省12个玉米主产地的玉米丝黑穗致病力分化进行分析,结果鉴别出4个致病类型,即致病类型Ⅰ,包括哈尔滨市、泰来县、大庆市菌株,致病力极强;致病类型Ⅱ,包括双城市菌株;致病类型Ⅲ,包括尚志市、呼兰区、巴彦县、龙江县、明水县和兰西县菌株,属黑龙江省玉米丝黑穗病菌的主要致病类型;致病类型Ⅳ,包括甘南县和佳木斯市菌株,致病力最弱。通过方差分析,致病类型Ⅰ和致病类型Ⅳ差异达到极显著水平,致病类型Ⅰ和类型Ⅱ、Ⅲ差异不显著。By using artificial inoculation on six maize inbred lines with different resistance under field conditions,Sporisorisorium reilianum came from 12 region of Heilongjiang province was identified.The results showed that the pathogens of Sporisorisorium reilianum could be divided into four pathogenic types.Pathogenic type I including the pathogens came from Harbin,Tailai and Daqing was very severely pathogenic.Pathogenic type Ⅱ including the pathogens came from Shuangcheng.Pathogenic type Ⅲ including the pathogens of came from Shangzhi,Hulan,Bayan,Longjiang,Mingshui and Lanxi,and this type was the main type.Pathogenic type Ⅳincluding the pathogens came from Gannan and Jiamusi was slightly pathogenic.The analysis of variance indicated that Pathogenic type Ⅰ was significantly different from Pathogenic type Ⅳ.
