摘  要:目的:研究超声提取菊花多糖工艺过程的最优条件。方法:在单因素试验基础上通过响应面试验优化超声功率、时间和温度等。结果:菊花多糖的较优超声提取工艺:超声温度71℃,时间46min,超声功率90W,m(水)∶m(菊花)=9∶1,提取2次;在此条件下的平均提取率为5.152%。结论:超声提取菊花多糖工艺具有简易可行、提取速度快等优点,为进一步的工艺开发提供较好的参考依据。OBJECTIVE To obtain the optimum operation conditions for extraction of polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat with ultrasonic wave. METHODS The single-factor extraction tests and response surface analysis were employed to determine the optimum technological condition. RESULTS The optimized conditions were as follows: supersonic treatment time is 46min, temperature is 71℃, liquid solid ratio is 9mL/g, number of times of extraction is 2. Under the opti mized condition, the extraction rate is 5. 152 %. CONCLUSION The result shows that the ultrasonic method is time-saving and easily, compared with the traditional methods. The findings provide someinformation for the further researches of polysaceha ride from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.
