常规与辨证针灸取穴配合特定电磁波、按摩及药物治疗糖尿病性周围性面瘫效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较常规与辨证针刺取穴配合特定电磁波、按摩及药物治疗糖尿病性周围性面瘫的临床疗效及疗程。方法选取糖尿病性周围性面瘫患者72例,随机分为常规组与辨证组各36例。两组按摩、TDP配合糖尿病标准化治疗方案相同,在此基础上,常规组常规取穴针刺,辨证组辨证取穴针刺。结果4个疗程后,两组愈显率比较,差异无显著性意义(χ2=0.531,P(0.05,);8个疗程后愈显率比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=7.088,P(0.05);两组痊愈患者疗程比较,差异有显著性意义(t=2.029,P(0.05)。结论常规与辨证取穴针刺配合按摩、TDP治疗糖尿病性周围性面瘫疗效肯定,辨证取穴针刺有利于提高糖尿病性周围性面瘫愈显率,缩短疗程。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of conventional and dialectic acupuncture. Methods 72 cases of diabetic patients with peripheral facial paralysis were divided into conventional group （ 36 patients） and dialectic group （ 36 patients ）. Both groups also received same massage,TDP and standardized treatment of diabetes. Conventional group received conventional acupoints therapy,dialectical group received dialectical acupoints therapy.Results After 4 courses of treatment,no statistically significant difference was found between two groups（χ2 = 0.531,P 0.05）; After 8 cycles of treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant （χ2=7.088,P 0.05）. The recovery time after treatment between two groups had significant difference （t = 2.029,P 0.05）. Conclusion Both conventional and dialectic acupuncture with massage and TDP treatment are effective for diabetic peripheral facial paralysis. While dialectical acupoints acupuncture help to improve cure rate and shorten the course of treatment.
