双酯柔软剂2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)-丙基三甲基胺季铵盐的合成

摘　　要：合成了一种织物柔软剂2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)-丙基三甲基胺季铵盐,通过正交实验研究了反应温度、反应物的摩尔比等因素对酯胺化反应的影响。从而确定了酯胺化反应的最优反应条件:n(硬脂酸)/n(3-二甲胺基-1,2-丙二醇)=1.8,190℃反应8 h。在最优条件下,制得的酯胺的酸价为0.75 mg KOH/g。用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对酯胺的结构进行了表征。最后,与硫酸二甲酯进行季铵化反应,得到了目标产物。A fabric softener—3-bis（stearoloxy）-propyltrimethylamine quaternary was synthesized.The effects of reaction temperature,reactant molar ratio,reaction time on the reaction process were investigated by the orthogonal experiment and its chemical constitution was proved by IR and 1HNMR.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows：n（stearic acid）/n（3-dimethylamino-1,2-propanediol）=1.8,reaction temperature 190 ℃,reaction time 8 h.The acid value of the ester amine was 0.75 mg KOH/g under the optimal conditions.Then the ester amine reacted with dimethyl sulfate to obtain the esterquat.
