针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病(DM)的主要慢性并发症之一,以周围对称性感觉和运动神经病变及自主神经病变最为常见,其患病率大约在28%～90%,新诊断的Ⅱ型DM和Ⅰ型DM患者中,DPN的发病率分别为10%和1%～2%,目前西医治疗尚无明显疗效,针灸综合治疗显示了一定的优势,故搜集了国内近3年CNKI和VIP核心期刊及国外近5年PUBMED和MEDLINE上关于针刺(灸)治疗DPN的报道,对针灸治疗DPN的现状作一总结,并提出一些有待解决的问题及其解决方法。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） is one of the major chronic complications of diabetes mellitus （DM）. The symmetry of sensory and motor peripheral neuropathy is common, as well as the autonomic neuropathy. The prevalence rate of DPN is about 28%-90%, while the incidence of DPN is 10% and 1%-2% respectively in the patients with II -type and I -type of the DPN. There is no significant effect on the treatment of western medicine, while the acupuncture combined treatment shows some advantages. In this paper, the authors collected the articles of acupuncture treatment of DPN in domestic CNKI and VIP core journals for 3 years and abroad PUBMED and MEDLINE for 5 years, then made a summary of the status of the acupuncture for the treatment of DPN and pointed out a number of issues to be solved.
