摘  要:研究了生物氧化法对含砷难处理金矿的预处理。在矿浆浓度为18%、氧化时间为168 h(7d)的优化条件下,选用优良菌种对目的矿物进行预处理,使金的氰化浸出率由常规氰化法的14.06%提高至94.01%。该方法经济可行,成功实现了难冶金矿浸出率的突破。The pretreatment of refractory gold concentrate containing As by bio-oxidation method was studied. The pretreatment of desired mineral was conducted by superior strain under the optimized condition that the concentration of pulp was 18% and the oxidation time was 168 h(7 days), so that the rate of leaching for gold was increased from 14.06% by conventional cyanidation to 94.01%. The program was economically feasible, and successfully achieved a breakthrough in leaching rate of refractory gold concentrate.
