干法净化技术在铝电解烟气治理中的应用

摘　　要：电解铝行业是高能耗高污染行业,铝电解烟气干法净化是铝电解烟气净化最有效的方法;因此研究铝电解烟气干法净化技术,提高净化系统的运行效果是解决该行业污染问题的主要途径。文章介绍了干法净化技术的工艺原理、技术特点及其在铝电解烟气治理中的应用效果,并提出了一些关于改进净化系统的建议。Aluminum electrolysis industry is a high energy consumption and high pollution industry and fume dry scrubbing of aluminum electrolys is the most effective method of purifying fume, so the important way of dealing with pollution problem of this industry is to research into fume dry scrubbing technology and improve the effect of purification system. This paper introduces the techonology theory and characteristics of dry scrubbing technology and its application result in the treatment of fume. Meanwhile, some suggestions related to purification system have been put forward.
