摘 要:以热力学理论为基础,结合某大型钢铁企业的实际情况,在满足蒸汽系统安全稳定运行的前提下,对当前运行压力为1.6 MPa低压管网提出降压运行方案.分别对汽源及管网进行降压可行性分析,并做出综合效益评价.结果表明,针对大型蒸汽管网用户普遍用汽压力较低的情况,管网降压运行可有效减少蒸汽在节流减压过程中的能质损失,提高汽源发电负荷,从而提高能源的利用率.Based on the thermodynamics theory, a pressure-decreasing operation scheme of 1.6 MPa network was proposed, which is comformable with the actual situation of large-scale steel enterprise and can meet the demand of safe and stable operation. The feasibility studies of its imple- mentation in steam source and network were carried out respectively and a conclusion was drawn. according to the fact that the network consumers commonly need use low network pressure, pressure-decreasing operation can decrease the energy quality loss and increase power generation load, thus improve the rate of energy utilization.
