婴儿颌下腺淋巴结组织学观察

摘　　要：对围产期３２例胎龄为４１２～７个月的男女死婴的６４侧颌下腺组织进行光镜观察。结果提示：①１３例１３侧颌下腺囊外边缘见淋巴结构样组织，占２０．３１％，其形态改变一种周围有明显的纤维组织包绕，内有淋巴窦，淋巴索，血管及散在淋巴细胞；另一种周围只有１～２层纤维组织包绕，内有淋巴窦及丰富的血管，散在的淋巴细胞；②２例２侧颌下腺边缘的血管，淋巴管内充满淋巴细胞及其周围见淋巴细胞聚集，占３．１３％。４例８侧颌下腺小叶内见淋巴管，血管内充满淋巴细胞及其周围见淋巴细胞聚集。１例淋巴结构样组织直接与颌下腺连接，其内见颌下腺腺泡；The topic is aimed at the spectroscopic observation of 64 dead male_females babies 412～7months old submaxillary gland tissue. The result showing: 1 Thirteen cases lymph node tissue can be seen outer edge of submaxillary gland cyst (20.31%) , Its form can change fibre tissue. In it there are lymph sinus, lymph cord, blood vessel and lymph cells. The other is around one or two layer of fibre tissue, In it there are lymph sinus, rich blood vessel and lymph cells. 2 Two cases submaxillary gland blood vessel, lymph_vessel fulling of lymph cells and lymph cells gethering around(3.13%). Four cases can see lymph vessel, blood_vessel fulling of lymph cells in submaxillary gland lobule, and lymph cells gethering around it, One case lymph node tissue directly connected to submaxillary gland, submaxillary sac can be seen. 3 The Tentative inquiry of submaxillary gland having or no lymph node in it and genetics.
