摘  要:六国化工磷酸二铵生产装置采用外环流氨化反应器,随着生产负荷提升,磷矿品质下降,导致外环流经常结垢,产品养分波动,影响系统稳定操作。在分析料浆不同含水量的情况下剪切速率对料浆黏度影响的基础上,提出在外环流氨化流程中,增加料浆循环泵,并将2个加氨管之间距离由600mm增至1900mm,从而增加了料浆在管内的流速,强化料浆的搅拌混合,增加料浆剪切应力,达到降低料浆黏度和反应器内不再结块的目的,提高了开车率,取得良好的效果。With the increasing production load and the declining phosphate rock quality, some troubles, including the scaling in the external circulating ammoniation reactor of DAP production plant and the fluctuation of product nutrient, influence operating system stability in Liuguo Chemicals Co., Ltd. Based on analysis on the slurry water content and the impact of shear rate on slurry viscosity, the measures are proposed such as adding a slurry circulating pump, changing the distance both adding ammonia tubes from 600 mm to 1 900 mm in external circulating ammoniation reaction process, which result in increasing the slurry velocity in the pipe, strengthening the slurry stirring, increasing slurry shear stress and reducing slurry viscosity, for no caking in reactor, finally the driving rate is improved, and good results are achieved.
