摘  要:为使Ni-Cr-Al合金电弧喷涂涂层获得优良的性能,以涂层结合强度为判据,通过正交试验对Ni-Cr-Al合金电弧喷涂工艺进行了优化。利用扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段对涂层和断口形貌进行分析,同时对涂层的显微硬度进行了测试。结果表明,喷涂距离、雾化空气压力、喷涂电流、喷涂电压对Ni-Cr-Al合金涂层结合强度具有不同的影响,确定优化后的工艺参数为喷涂电流160 A,喷涂电压32 V,雾化空气压力0.5 MPa,喷涂距离160 mm。在优化工艺参数条件下,电弧喷涂Ni-Cr-Al合金涂层组织呈现出典型的层状结构,其最大结合强度可达34.30 MPa,具有较好致密性和硬度。In order to get an arc sprayed Ni-Cr-Al coating with good properties,the arc spraying process was optimized by orthogonal experiment design with using adhesive strength level as the criterion.Morphology of the sprayed layer and the fracture of the coating were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),and microhardness of the coating was tested too.The results show that the spraying distance,atomizing air pressure,arc current,arc voltage have different effect on the adhesive strength of Ni-Cr-Al coating.The optimized process parameters of the arc spraying Ni-Cr-Al coating were spray current 160 A,spray voltage 32 V,atomizing air pressure 0.5 MPa and spray distance 160 mm.The highest adhesive strength of the Ni-Cr-Al coating with 34.30 MPa can be obtained using the optimized parameters,the coating displays the typical layer structure characteristic with good compactness and high microhardness.
