摘　　要：总结了大型井式炉的基本构造和生产现状,提出了无马弗炉的特点及其发展趋势,并介绍了大型井式炉的双因素碳势控制及上位机渗碳模拟系统的应用情况。Primary structural and present manufacture of heavy pit furnace were summed up,features and development trends of non-retort pit furnace also were put forward.The dual-factors carbon potential control system and expert system used to simulate carburize progress in furnace were also introduced.
