摘 要:为改善印刷机传统调节墨量的工作方式,分析墨键开度和墨量的关系。首先按实际状况给定前提条件,对墨键不同开度情况下的油墨运动流场建立数学模型不同,并按SIMPLE算法进行不可压N-S方程进行仿真计算,得到油墨出口处各个计算点的油墨速度。然后借助MATLAB软件的数值分析模块对墨速数据拟合分析求出流速方程,并对方程在油墨出口所在矩形区域上求面积积分得到墨量大小,然后对得到的数据拟合。计算结果表明墨键开度和墨量之间为线性函数关系,结果证明方法能更准确地确定墨键开度和墨量的关系,并成本低、效率高,计算结果可为墨量的精确控制提供了理论依据,具有较好的应用前景。In order to improve the traditional technique that printing press control ink's flux, the relation of ink key's opening and ink's flux was analysed based on FLUENT and MATLAB software. Firstly, according to actual working situation, the mathematical models of ink's flow were built at different ink key's opening, and emulational computed with incompressible N - S equation in term of SIMPLE, to obtain all the design position's velocity when the ink flowing. Then the data of ink's velocity were fitted and analysed through the analytical module of MATLAB software. Ink's velocity on rectangular area at the exit was integrated to gain the data of ink's flux, then the data of ink's flux was fitted and computed. The outcome shows that the relation of ink key's opening and ink's flux is linear function. It is proved by experiment that the method can confirm the relation of ink key's opening and ink's flux than traditional technique more accurately, reduce cost and increase efficiency. The outcome will provide data for accurately control ink's flux during actual work, so it has better performance.
