摘　　要：设计合成了１２个噻吩骈［３，４－ｄ］嘧啶－２，４－二酮类化合物，其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、质谱证实。初筛试验表明，大部分化合物具有强心活性。In search of new cardiac compounds twelve derivatives of thieno pyrimidine 2,4 dione were designed and synthesized Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic elucidation In preliminary biological testes, some of the compounds showed the varied cardiac activities The best one is compound TPD 12
